NKR Defense Army: Azerbaijani Armed Forces Used 60-Millimeter Mortars
According to operative data, on the night of February 9 on NKR-Azerbaijani border Azerbaijani Armed Forces from 60-millimeter mortars, grenade launchers, and various firearms violated ceasefire regime over 40 times, the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense informs.
The opponent fired more than 200 shots in the direction of Armenian positions.
The most intensive ceasefire violations were reported in the eastern and north-eastern areas of the border. In these parts the opponent with mortar and rocket-propelled grenades shot a total of 15 rounds.
Defense Army units continue to exercise full control on the front and confidently carry out the combat duty.
