NKR Defense Army: Increase in the Number of Violations of the Ceasefire Regime Recorded

According to operative data, on the night of February 10 on NKR-Azerbaijan border increase in the number of violations of the ceasefire regime by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces were recorded, the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense infroms.
Azerbaijani Armed Forces from 60-and 82-millimeter mortars, grenade launchers, and various firearms violated ceasefire over 70 times.
The opponent fired over 1000 shots in the direction of Armenian positions.
The most intensive ceasefire violations were registered in the eastern, southern and north-eastern areas of the border. In these areas Azerbaijani Armed Forces from mortars and rocket-propelled grenades fired a total of 34 shell (24 - from mortars, 10 - rocket-propelled grenades).
Advanced subdivisions of the Defense Army hold operational and tactical situation and resorts to responsive actions in case of emergency.
