NKR Defense Army: Increase of Tension Registered
According to operative data, on the night of February 13 on NKR-Azerbaijani border an increase in tension was registered, the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense infroms.
The opponent violated the ceasefire regime over 80 times using cannon D-44, mortars, rocket-propelled grenades and small arms of various calibers and in the direction of the Armenian positions fired over 950 shots.
In the eastern direction of the border Azerbaijani Armed Forces used guns D-44, firing 13 shells, and in the north and south - 60-u and 82-millimeter mortars, and grenade launchers, firing a total of 49 rounds.
Advanced units of the NKR Defense Army control the situation and take the necessary steps to suppress the opponent's offensive activity.
