NKR Defense Army: An Increase in the Number of Violations of the Ceasefire Regime Was Registered
According to operative data, on the night of February 17 on NKR-Azerbaijan an increase in the number of violations of the ceasefire regime by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces was registered, the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense informs.
Azerbaijani Armed Forces from guns D-44, mortars, rocket-propelled grenades and small arms of various calibres violated the ceasefire over 85 times. The opponent fired more than 800 shots in the direction of the Armenian positions.
In the eastern and north-eastern areas of the border the Azerbaijani armed forces used guns D-44, 60-and 82-millimeter mortars, grenade launchers LNG 9 and RPG-7.
Advanced units of the Defense Army undertook retaliatory actions and confidently carried out their combat mission/
