Ashot Ghoulyan Sent a Letter of Appreciation to the Senate of the State of Michigan
On October 4, the President of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan sent a letter of appreciation to Mr.David Knezek, Senator of the USA State of Michigan, on the occasion of the initiation on September 28 the Senate Resolution No. 99 recognizing the independence of Artsakh.
The letter, in particular, reads: “Adoption of the Senate Resolution 99 represents an important milestone in the international support to our young democracy, as well as promotes our shared values of human rights and liberties.
Recognition of Artsakh’s achievements, and its involvement with the international efforts towards finding a just and lasting solution to the regional challenges represent an indispensable requirement for regional peace and stability.”
The President of the Artsakh Parliament sent a letter of appreciation to ANC of Michigan Chair Lara Nercessian for her contribution to the adoption of the resolution in support of the independence of the Artsakh Republic.
