Agramunt Resigns

President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Pedro Agramunt made a Twitter post on Friday, to announce about his resignation.
"Today, for personal reasons, I have decided to no longer chair the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe,” Agramunt said in his tweet.
To note his resignation comes after a corruption scandal connected with his name at the international organisation.
