Lapshin Filed a Lawsuit Against Azerbaijan in the ECHR

Famous Russian and Israeli blogger Alexander Lapshin filed a lawsuit against Azerbaijan in the European Court of Human Rights, Lapshin told Sputnik Armenia.
"Everything has already been filed: an assassination attempt, confirmed by Israeli and Russian forensic experts, the use of torture in prison and violation of extradition rules," Lapshin said.
The lawsuit, he said, was filed against the Azerbaijan Republic, as the plane to take him was sent by the Azerbaijani authorities, who were responsible for the life and health of the blogger while in prison.
While it is not known when the case will be considered, Azerbaijan has three months to file objections.
