RA MFA: If Baku Is Concerned Over Water Access, It Can Discuss the Issue with Stepanakert
If Baku is seriously concerned about water access issues, it can discuss the issue with Stepanakert. This was declared by Tigran Balayan, RA MFA spokesperson commenting on the accusations by an Azerbaijani MFA representative, NEWS.am reports.
"Most probably, they celebrate Nowruz too much at the Azerbaijani MFA and abuse alcoholic drinks at workplace; the Baku official’s comments have no other explanation," Balayan said. "If ensuring water accessibility and management of water resources seriously interests Baku, then they can discuss them with Stepanakert, which has repeatedly expressed such readiness. I believe Stepanakert is still ready to collaborate in this context."
