At the same time let as note that Armenia has a range of opportunities to counteract to the Azerbaijani-Turkish initiatives and to use the regional transit opportunities, which have not been completely used yet.
Through what processes have these countries passed and what changes were made in the Constitutions? This is what was discussed during the round-table in Yerevan on "2015- 20 Years of the Constitutions of Armenia and Kazakhstan".
During major holidays pavilions are being given to all nations, for example Germans present their culture, the Armenians – their barbecue, dancing, etc. Every nation presents its culture, cuisine. In general, there is this solidarity. I would not say - tolerance, just they have good human relations, respect towards each other, and it is not a formality.
By the way, our journal "Constitutional Justice" is also published in Armenia. So we have constant contact, mutual visits, exchange of views. This year you also celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Constitution, and our delegation headed by Chairman of the Council visited Armenia to participate in the anniversary events.
Man is the sun around which the state should go around. It is not the man, who should serve the state, but the state must take care of every person. Now our task is to make every citizen of Kazakhstan - the 17.5 million people to allow these "100 steps" pass through their hearts.
We have a special preparation program for the Universiade, much of the work is being carried out with potential champions. We hope, believe, know that irrespective of the results of any games that take place in one country or another, it always significantly increase the percentage of the young people who come into sport.
There is one main idea - we are all equal, we are biologically the same people, but we have a different history, different cultures and different traditions. Thus everyone, regardless of nationality, race, religion is responsible to his people and state.
Thus in this process, some special mentality of the population living in this territory was formed - open to other cultures, ethnicities and religions. And the history of Kazakhstan says that many centuries ago both Buddhists and Christians lived here.
On April 24 we organized a big event here, many people had gathered. The history of the Armenian Genocide was presented - when it started, how it was implemented, what consequences it had, which mark did the Genocide leave in the hearts and souls of the Armenian people. Many did not even know about the Genocide.
We cooperate both with the Ministry of Diaspora and the Ministry of Culture. From Armenia we receive all the necessary literature, the Ministry of Diaspora in this regard works very hard. In late May, we organized a festival here and presented three Armenian films.
