Artsakh Parliament Passes, in First Reading, Draft Amendment to Constitution
The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) National Assembly (NA) on Wednesday passed, in the first reading, the draft law on making an amendment to the Artsakh Constitution, News.am reports.
Also, the NA decided to send this proposed law to the Supreme Court of Artsakh to determine its constitutionality.
Several other matters are also on the agenda of the current sessions of the Artsakh NA.
