A Funeral at the End Turned Into a Party
In Poland 91-year-old Janina Kolkevich, who was taken to one of the local morgues and where she was declared dead, “resurrected”. The black bag, in which her body was brought to the morgue, had suddenly begun to move and had scared the doctors, who now face criminal liability. The incident took place in the town of Ostrow Lubelski.
According to Doctor Wieslaw Czyz, the woman had no pulse, she was not breathing and her heart had stopped beating, reports TVP. The doctor had also previously checked that Kolkevich’s open eyes did not react to light. Thus she wrote the death certificate , after which in 11 hours, the woman showed signs of life. “I am shocked and do not understand what has happened”, - said Czyz.
Kolkevich has no children and she has never been married. Kolkevich’s niece Bogumila Kolkevich and her husband were taking care of an old pensioner. After doctors’ conclusion they started to prepare for the funeral and the farewell ceremony, which were to be held soon.
91-year-old Polish woman was brought back home after she “reanimated”. After which the “resurrected” woman noticed with a smile that she feels very well. Now the local police are investigating the incident. The doctor, who has given an unreliable death certificate, can be prosecuted.
It should be noted that earlier similar cases have taken place in Poland and in other parts of the world. In 2010, the 76-year-old Pole Josef Guz “reanimated”. The man woke up from the coffin, when someone tried to take his watch and chain. Moreover, in May 2012 during his funeral, a 28-year-old Egyptian also “resurrected”. After hearing that his son is alive his mother fell into syncope. Later the doctor helped to bring the mother and the son into life, and at the end the funeral turned into a party.
