On Tuesday, in his annual State of the Union address to the US Congress US president Barack Obama declared that Russia is in the state of isolation and its economy is ruined as a result of Ukrainian crisis.  At the same time according to Barack Obama the US policies in the Ukrainian crisis continue to preserve constant and irresistible determination.

"We are loyal to the principle according to which big states have no right to threaten small ones. This is the reason why we oppose to the Russian aggression, contribute to the development of democracy in Ukraine and assist our NATO allies. Last year we did a good work by developing sanctions against Russia, at the same time when some people considered Putin’s aggression as a masterful expression of his strength and strategy. Today American is strong and united with its allies, while Russia is in isolation and its economy is ruined. This is the way America acts as a leader with no empty threats and with irresistible determination.",- the US president noted.
