American Expert: Azerbaijan Indirectly Helps the RA to Buy Cheap Weapons

Russia sells weapons to all parts of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and 38 flights full of weapons have been operated from the territory of Montenegro, said a senior fellow of the American Foreign Policy Council Stephen Blank in his speech during the conference entitled "Security and Energy Implications for the South Caucasus after Ukraine". As the news.am correspondent in Washington reports, at the time when Azerbaijan buys weapons from Russia at high prices, the Armenian side gets more obsolete weapons with extremely cheap prices. 

According to him if military actions start in Karabakh, Russia will directly interfere in the conflict and "this will lead to greater problems than the war itself."
