Discussion in Madrid called "Caucasus: Common Challenges and Global Issues"

Under the framework of Matteo Ricci forum a discussion called "Caucasus: common challenges and global issues" took place in Madrid with the participation of the ambassadors of Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.

In his opening speech, the rector of the University where the forum was being held  Julio Martinez, introduced the activities of the University and the Matteo Ricci forum.

In his speech the Ambassador of Spain to Armenia Avet Adonts, presented the latest regional developments, and spoke about the shared problems and challenges. The Ambassador presented the audience the efforts of Armenia and the international community to the settlement process of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the importance of the international recognition and condemnation of the Armenian Genocide, Armenia’s relations with different countries, the RA’s position towards different international and regional issues.
