Tigran Balayan. Aliyev refused to commit to principle of non use of force

"At the Munich Security Conference the Azerbaijani president introduced his own distorted interpretation of self-determination principle," – wrote the MFA spokesman Tigran Balayan on his Twitter page referring to Aliyev’s speech in the Munich Security conference. He also wrote that the Azerbaijani president refused to commit to 3 principles of NK peace resolution that were proposed by the Minsk Group co-chairs. He also mentioned that Aliyev also refused to commit to principle of non use of force and threat of force.
