Consultation in the Presidential Palace for the Events Dedicated to the Centennial of Genocide

On January 10 a consultation took place at the Presidential Palace for the organization of the events dedicated to the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide.  RA President Serzh Sargsyan, Chairman of the State Commission on Coordination of the events for the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, chaired the meeting.  Heads of RA government agencies were also present at the meeting.

The program of events, the timetable of numerous events to be held in Armenia and abroad under the slogan “I Remember and Demand,” as well as issues concerning the involvement of government agencies in accomplishing the program successfully were presented to the participants of the consultation. The coordinator of the Armenian Genocide centenary events, Vigen Sargsyan, Chief of the Presidential Administration, delivered a report on the matter.
