Hollande. NATO Enlargement is Not on the Agenda
France was in favor of the suspension of NATO enlargement. Such a statement was made on Monday by the French President Francois Hollande after negotiations with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, Tass reports .
French president said that now "the question of NATO expansion is not on the agenda." Hollande said that France "attaches great importance to ensuring the consistency between the issues of creating a unified defense system of the European Union and NATO activities."
