ICRC Following Situation with Karabakh Soldier
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is following the situation with a Karabakh soldier, who appeared in Azerbaijan, and is in contact with relevant authorities, ICRC Yerevan Office Communications Officer Zara Amatuni told NEWS.am.
Thus, the Azerbaijani authorities have not permitted ICRC representatives to visit Andranik Grigoryan so far. Nevertheless, Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry issued a statement assuring that Grigoryan is not complaining either about his health, or conditions of detention.
