"Common Features and Differences Between the EU DCFTA and the EEU CU: Suggestions for Their Compatibility”

A round-table discussion titled "Common Features and Differences Between the EU DCFTA and the EEU CU: Suggestions for Their Compatibility" was organized in Yerevan by NGO "European Integration". During the discussion independent experts Vahagn Ghazarian and Vilen Khachatryan, senior researcher at the Institute of Economics of Armenian National Academy of Sciences, presented their opinion on the subject. The discussion was also attended by representatives of different NGOs and government agencies. The discussion was held in off-the-record format to ensure free and unconstrained presentation of opinions, suggestions and concerns, based on which policy paper will be prepared. The policy paper summarizing the results of the discussion, will be published both in NGO "European Integration" and "Armedia" IAA websites. 

It should be noted that the round-table discussion the titled "Common Features and Differences Between the EU DCFTA and the EEU CU: Suggestions for Their Compatibility" was held in the framework of EU funded Technical Assistance "Project Civil Society. Dialogue for Progress" implemented by a Consortium led by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. The project partner in Armenia is NGO "European Integration".
