Baku Again Blames Armenia for "Wanting to Freeze" the Negotiation Process

Armenia is trying to prevent the progress in the Karabakh conflict settlement. This was said in the statement of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan.

"Yerevan aims at freezing the situation and preventing any progress in the negotiation process," the statement says.

It should be mentioned that Baku regularly comes up with such statements.
