With the Second Reading the RA NA Adopted the New Electoral Code

With the second reading Armenian parliament approved the draft of the new Electoral Code and the accompanying legislative package, Panorama.am reports.
The Electoral Code was adopted with 94 votes "for", 18 "against" and 4 "abstentions".
In particular, the opposition faction "Orinats Yerkir" and "Armenian National Congress' (ANC) voted "against".
