28 328 People Killed in Terror Attacks in 2015
The US Department of State has reported that during 2015, 11 774 terrorist attacks were carried out, which is 13% less than the data of 2014. As euroline.ge says, most of the attacks (55%) were carried out in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and Nigeria.
"The released reports says that the number of deaths caused by terrorist attacks decreased by 14% and amounted to 28 328 in total, including more than 7 000 fighters. During 2015, 35 000 people were injured in the terrorist attacks and 12 000 people were captivated by terrorists", - the agency reports..
