Scientists Deciphered Ancient Passage of the Old Testament

A team from the United States and Israel has used 3D-modeling and X-rays to decipher a passage in the Hebrew manuscript, which was too fragile to be deployed. And they succeeded.
Now the last piece of the scroll burnt in Israeli synagogue of Ein Gedi is being deciphered. The ancient document was discovered in 1970, BBC writes.
Ironically, in the decrypted fragment it is told how to properly plant the sacrificial fire, so as not to anger the god of the Old Testament.
The manuscript, which recorded a chapter from the Old Testament Book of Leviticus, dates from III-IV century AD.
