Hermine Naghdalyan Chairs PACE Session

Head of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly to the Council of Europe, PACE Vice-President Hermine Naghdalyan chairs the plenary sitting of PACE fall session that kicked off in Strasbourg on October 10, Armradio informs referring to the Press Service of the National Assembly of Armenia.
This will be the first time an Armenian delegate presides over the Assembly sitting.
