In the relations between Moscow and Belgrade broke up an unprecedented scandal in post-Soviet history, Kommersant writes.
Belgrade media reported the other day: ''Several Russian citizens have been deported from Serbia "for participation in the preparation of terrorist acts in Montenegro." The news coincided with a surprise visit to Belgrade of the Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev.
Local experts believe that the main purpose of the visit was to discuss "Montenegrin Case" and an attempt to avoid scandal in the Russian-Serbian relations.
Belgrade is not interested in such a scandal, but it also does not want to be suspected of involvement in criminal actions in the neighboring country.
