According to the Ministry of ES of RA on November 1 by 09.30 all state and interstate highways in the Republic are mainly passable.
Dilijan turns are difficult to pass.
Black-ice is formed on Mastara-Lanjik highway and on Vardenyats Pass.
According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia the Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles.
