"If Armenia withdraws from its hostile position towards Turkey, we will take appropriate steps," Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said in response to the statement of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Hurriyet reports.

As Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated, Armenia is ready to establish relations with Turkey without preconditions.

"If Armenia withdraws from an incorrect position regarding our territorial integrity and borders, if it wants to open a new page, we can reciprocate. Turkey does not intend to show hostility towards anyone, especially towards its neighbors. If there is any softening of Armenia’s position, in the interests of our country we can appreciate it," the Turkish prime minister said.
