Nikol Pashinyan Thanked Vigen Sargsyan
Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinian presented to commanders of the Defense Ministry Armenia's newly appointed defense minister David Tonoyan, press-secretary of the Ministry, Artsrun Hovhannisyan wrote on his page in Facebook.
"In his speech, Nikol Pashinyan noted the challenges facing the Ministry and thanked former Minister Vigen Sargsyan," Hovhannisyan said.
