Artsakh Foreign Minister Received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Austria Armen Papikyan
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh Republic) Masis Mayilian received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Austria, Armen Papikyan.
The sides exchanged views on the possibilities and prospects of expanding Artsakh’s international relations.
A wide range of issues related to the cooperation within the framework of international organizations, in particular, the OSCE, was also discussed at the meeting.
The sides touched upon the current situation in the process of peaceful settlement of the Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict. The importance of maintaining the dynamics in the settlement process, as well as the need to restore the trilateral format of negotiations, with the participation of the Republic of Artsakh, were stressed.
