Aliyev: Azerbaijan's CSTO Membership Isn't Being Discussed Yet

The issue of Azerbaijan's membership of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) or a possibility of joining as an observer is not under discussion yet, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev told "RIA Novosti" on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos.
"This issue is not at the stage of discussion yet," Aliyev said.
