Erdogan's Armenian-Language Tweet Shocks Turkish Citizens

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's tweet in Armenian in connection with the death of Armenian Patriarch of Constantinople provoked an outcry in Turkey.

As News.am reports, Turkish citizens could not believe that Erdogan wrote something in Armenian. They thought that the Twitter account was hacked by Armenians.

Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed condolences on the passing of the Armenian Patriarch of Constantinople, Archbishop Mesrob Mutafyan in Armenian.
