Artsakh President Sends Birthday Congratulatory Message to Armenia’s Second President Robert Kocharyan
On 31 August Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory address to first President of the Artsakh Republic and second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan.
The address runs as follows:
"Respected President Kocharyan,
I extend my sincere congratulations to You on remarkable jubilee, the 65th anniversary of Your birthday.
As one of the leaders of the Artsakh National-Liberation Struggle and the first President of the Artsakh Republic, You have made a substantial contribution to the cause of the formation and development of our independent statehood, cementing security, national defense capacity and forging victories.
I once again congratulate You and wish You peace, good health and all the best."
