Extraordinary Session of the Artsakh National Assembly Will Be Convened
July 15, the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly President, Artur Tovmasyan convened a working consultation with the participation of the NA Vice-President, the Chairs of the Standing Committees, the Heads of the Factions and the responsible staff members.
The NA President stated that on the initiative of the President of the Artsakh Republic, Arayik Harutyunyan, an irregular session of the National Assembly will be convened on July 16 at 10:00 according to his own agenda.
The draft law "On Approving Amnesty in Criminal Cases" will be submitted to the National Assembly for discussion.
