Putin and Macron Discussed the Situation in Belarus
Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone talk with French President Emmanuel Macron, the Kremlin press service reported, NEWs.am informs.
The call was initiated by the French side.
When discussing the aggravated situation in Belarus, Vladimir Putin highlighted the inadmissibility of interference in the internal affairs of the republic and putting pressure on the Belarusian leadership. Both sides expressed interest in an early settlement of the problems that have arisen.
A thorough exchange of views continued on the issues of the Libyan crisis.
