I wish lasting peace, prosperity and new victories to homeland Artsakh, wrote the First president of the Republic of Artsakh and the Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan on his Facebook page on the occasion of Artsakh Independence Day anniversary.
"Dear people of Artsakh, I warmly congratulate you on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. I wish lasting peace, prosperity and new victories to homeland Artsakh," the message reads.
