Territorial Concessions and the Announced Terms Have Not Been Discussed with the Authorities of Artsakh: Vahram Poghosyan
Residents of Kashatagh and Shahumyan regions are urged not to haste and not move their property from their houses, Artsakh President’s spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan wrote on Facebook, Aysor.am reports.
“Territorial concessions and the announced terms have not been discussed with the authorities of Artsakh. After the discussions will be launched and corresponding clarifications be made, Artsakh government will come up with a statement,” he wrote.
