Captives Transferred from Azerbaijan to Armenia Are Civilian Prisoners

Three civilian prisoners have been transferred from Azerbaijan to Armenia Wednesday evening, head of the press service of the Armenian defense ministry Gevorg Altunyan told Armenian News - NEWS.am.
The prisoners were transferred through the mediation of Russian peacekeepers.
Altunyan did not provide any other details.
