Borrell Calls Russia "Dangerous Neighbor"

EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell qualifies Russia as 'dangerous neighbor', but at the same time notes that channels of communication must be maintained with it. Borrell expressed this opinion on Wednesday upon arrival at the meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Brussels, TASS reports.

"We must discuss channels of communication with Russia. Russia is a neighbor, a dangerous neighbor. But we must share with it some issues on which we have common interests, for example, a nuclear deal with Iran or climate change. But at the same time, we must restrain and oppose Russia, "he argued.
