Representatives of the Russian side with their flags are in Kut village of Armenia’s Gegharkunik province.
The information was confirmed to Tert.am by the head of Geghamasar enlarged community Hakob Avetyan, Aysor.am reports.
''The representatives came of Russian origin with their flags. Probably it is being done for demarcation works. There is no other information yet, we know only this,'' Avetyan said.
