The situation on the line of contact between Armenia and Azerbaijan remains tense, CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas said in his welcoming speech to the participants of the ninth meeting of the secretaries of the CIS Security Council, Sputnik Armenia reports.
According to him trilateral agreements of the Statement of November 9, 2020, made it possible to end the bloodshed in Nagorno-Karabakh.
''However, despite the steps taken, there is still tension on the line of contact between the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides'', the head of the CSTO said.
