NKR MoD: It is not the First Time Azerbaijan Compares Its Soldiers with Sheep

On the line of contact between Karabakh and Azerbaijani forces on March 8, and on the night of March 9, Azerbaijani Armed Forces with small arms of various calibres fired over 850 shots in the direction of Armenian positions, Panorama.am reports quoting the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense.

The advanced units of NKR Defense Army retain full control at the forefront and continue to confidently implement the combat mission set before them.

"Rejecting the implementation of confidence-building mechanisms proposed by the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, the Azerbaijani side not only continues to deliberately escalate the situation on the front line, but also spreads misinformation that the Armenian forces opened fire in the direction of civilians and even "feel threatened by a herd of sheep."

The Press Service of NKR Defense Ministry declares that respects the peaceful Azerbaijani population, which is about 20 years forced to carry on its shoulders the heavy burden of the Aliyev regime.
