MFA of Russia Prepares a Statement on the Anniversary of April War

Official Representatives of the Foreign Ministry of Russia, Maria Zakharova, noted that the Ministry prepares a statement on the anniversary of the April War in Artsakh.
In addition Zakharova noted that there is still no information about the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Moscow, Russia.
