Azerbaijani Armed Forces Used SPIKE on NKR-Azerbaijan Border
According to operative data, on the night of May 16 on NKR-Azerbaijan border, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces violated the ceasefire regime about 55 times from small arms of various calibers, the press service of the Artsakh Republic Defense Ministry reports.
The opponent fired more than 1200 shots in the direction of the Armenian positions.
In different parts of the border, in addition to small arms, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces also used a 60-mm mortar (3 rounds) and an anti-tank grenade launcher (9 rounds). And in the eastern direction of the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border the opponent used missile SPIKE. As a result, one unit of military equipment of NKR Defense Army was partially damaged.
As a result of provocation by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, the Defense Army did not incur losses.
The advanced units of the NKR Defense Army to suppress the offensive activity of the enemy resorted to reciprocal actions, continuing to confidently carry out the assigned combat mission.
