Moldova's Fledgling Government Brought Down by no Confidence Vote

In Moldova, the dual power established since Saturday continues, President Igor Dodon has summoned a Security Council session. He has canceled the decree on dissolving the parliament.
Dodon is a former chief of the Socialist party and backed the formation of the new government.
The court reportedly relieved Dodon of his duties because he failed to approve any candidate put forward by the prime minister to appoint two subordinate ministers.
For the first time the part of Dodon’s power was taken away in October. Then he twice rejected the candidacy of Eugen Sturza, proposed for the post of Minister of Defense.
Thus, the cooperation with Moldova can have its contribution to strengthening the position and role of Armenia in the EAEU. In parallel, it will build bridges between the European and Eurasian unions.
Instead, Trump will bring bilateral relations with other countries to the sphere of mutual agreements by the principle "what for what."
It should be noted that the intention of deepening cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union was first announced by the President of Moldova in January, after his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
Regardless of the fact that the new president considers himself a pro-Russian politician, and was in favor of the normalization of Russian-Moldovan relations, it is unlikely that Moldova refuses the European integration vector.
Moldova was thrown into political turmoil in 2014 with the disappearance of about $1bn (£820m) from the banking system.
This question may be brought for discussion in the parliament "at the first meetings of the forthcoming session of the parliament."
Ion Sturza is considered the richest citizen of Moldova. According to the Forbes-500, the wealth of Sturza is estimated nearly 100 million euros.
According to him, there should be an international civilian mission to monitor the situation in the region.
Sterlets also said that Moldova will move towards a peaceful settlement of the conflict by restoring confidence and promote dialogue, in spite of internal and external challenges.
Now new negotiations on forming a government has started. The government of Gaburici was formed by the coalition "For European Moldova" from the Liberal-democratic and Democratic parties with the support of Communist party. Socialists and Liberals voted against it.
Commenting on the situation to Kommersant newspaper, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitri Rogozin stated that "this is an act of betrayal by Ukrainian authorities towards their own citizens living in Transnistria, who number at least 60,000. From now on, it will fall on Russia's shoulders to ensure their protection."

Oleg Serebrian said that French lawmakers pleasantly surprised Moldova, voting in favor of ratification of the agreement with quite a lot of votes.
The new Government of Moldova with the head of Cyril Gaburici received vote of confidence by the Parliament. Out of 101 MPs, 60 of them voted for the Government.
