Armenian lawmakers discuss latest Azerbaijani attack with MEPs
Head of the ruling Civil Contract faction of the Armenian Parliament Hayk Konjoryan, together with Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on European Integration Affairs Arman Yeghoyan and Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on State-Legal Affairs Arusyak Julhakyan, had a number of meetings with the partners of the European Parliament in the EP, the Parliament’s press service said.
The Armenian lawmakers met with MEPs Marina Kaljurand, Tonino Picula, Klemen Grošelj and Fabio Massimo Castaldo.
The discussions focused on a number of issues aimed at further deepening the Armenia-EU relations. The sides touched upon the recent attack of Azerbaijan on Armenia’s sovereign territory, as well as discussed the current situation and the ways to solve it.
The meetings with European partners will continue in coming days.
