Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Dinesh Gunawardena, Prime Minister of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, on the occasion of Independence Day.
The message states:
I warmly congratulate you on the Independence Day of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
