Kerry and Poroshenko Discussed the Situation in Donbass
The press service of the Ukrainian president administration reports that President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, had a telephone conversation with the US State Secretary John Kerry: "the two officials coordinated their positions on further steps concerning the UN Security Council resolution on Ukraine. John Kerry once more confirmed the US support for the Ukrainian position on the issue", - it is stated in the official statement.
In addition, the officials also discussed the situation in Donbass. In the conversation both Kerry and Poroshenko stated that “insufficient access of the OSCE special mission for monitoring and verification does not contribute to the process of further withdrawal of military equipments and to the de-escalation of the situation.”
