Poroshenko Suggests Sending EU Military Experts to Donbass
In a telephone conversation with European Council President Donald Tusk, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko suggested sending EU military experts to Donbas to participate in the work of the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination, Sputnik reports.
The Joint Centre for Control and Coordination was established in Debaltseve and has offices in Donbass and Luhansk. Ukrainian and Russian officers are involved in the works of the Joint Centre.
