Russia Remains Firm on Restructuring Ukraine’s $3-Billion Debt
On Thursday Russian Deputy Finance Minister Sergei Storchak in an interview with journalists in Georgia’s capital of Tbilisi announced that Russia has on plans on restructuring Ukraine’s debt of $3 billion.
"This thing is called a "debt operation" in the program of extended financing, and we don’t participate in debt operations", - said Storchak.
