Vladimir Putin on Official Visit to Italy
Russian President Vladimir Putin is on official visit in Milan, Sputnik News reports.
During the visit he is to attend the opening ceremony of the Russian national day at the Expo 2015, and will later on have talks with Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.
On Wednesday, Russian leader is to travel to Rome to meet with Italian President Sergio Mattarella as well as former Italian Prime Minister and close friend Silvio Berlusconi.
Vladimir Putin is also expected to meet Pope Francis in the Vatican.
During the meetings among other global issues, the Ukrainian crisis is also to be discussed.
